She marched straight to Felix’s house, handed him the evidence, and demanded a cool 8 million Naira to keep his dirty little secret under wraps. Felix tried to haggle—because why not—but Gbemi quickly reminded him of just how much he had to lose.

Next on Gbemi’s hit list was Taye Aregbesola, a man with dreams of becoming Chairman of 10th Avenue Estate. Unfortunately for him, he didn’t account for Gbemi’s alliance with another candidate, Arc. Akinloye. Her strategy to help Akinloye win? Classic sabotage. Gbemi captured footage of Taye in some, let’s say, compromising positions. She handed over the goods to her candidate of choice, ensuring Taye’s campaign got a little… complicated.

Buchi, the new chairman 
Just when you thought Gbemi might slow down, here comes Buchi, the newly minted Estate Chairman. You’d think someone in his position would know better, but alas, Buchi let his guard down in an intimate moment with Gbemi. Big mistake. Predictably, Gbemi snapped the evidence and passed it on to none other than Bawo, the shadowy puppet master of 10th Avenue. Bawo, who has turned the estate into a full-blown money-laundering playground, was thrilled to get his hands on such juicy blackmail material.

With a track record like this, it’s safe to say no one in 10th Avenue is safe. Gbemi’s ability to sniff out weakness and turn it into a payday is unmatched. So, who’s her next victim? Another powerful man? A woman with secrets to hide? Only time will tell, but one thing’s for sure—when Gbemi’s involved, drama is guaranteed.
