Yonge Avenue is managed by astute accountant and disciplinarian, Cletus.

His most important agenda is maintaining the property and making sure everybody is abiding by Sylvia’s sometimes ridiculous rules.

Cletus picks his fights and when provoked beyond what he’s capable of handling he seeks counsel with his grandmother who has taught him the few tricks up his sleeves.
