OC, whose full name is Okechukwu Ukeje rose to prominence when he won the Amstel Malta Box Office reality show. Since then he has gone on to secure leading roles that have seen him win awards from the Africa Movie Academy Awards, Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards, Best of Nollywood Awards, Nigeria Entertainment Awards and Golden Icons Academy Movie Awards.

OC has starred in films that include Half of a Yellow Sun, Confusion Na Wa, Alan Poza and Two Brides and a Baby. He has been a cast member of the TV series that was presented at the International Emmy World Television Festival, Wetin Dey (2007) produced by the BBC World Service Trust. OC was also on the repertory team that showcased three stage plays for the Nigeria House at the London Cultural Olympiad. In 2014, OC was cast in the second season of the television series Gidi Up and in January 2015, he was listed by Nigerian Cinema Exhibition Coalition as one of the highest box office grossing actors of 2014.

Once again, OC is nominated for Best Actor in a Drama for his role in Secret Room.
