Jamal is the calm leader of a criminal gang that takes Tariq and Hadiza hostage. The gang is on the run from the police after a botched bank robbery, and they seek refuge in the Al-Hassans' home. Jamal becomes the story's primary antagonist, as tensions and conflicts arise within the group. 
- Personality Traits: Jamal is a level-headed and pragmatic individual who tries to control situations. He displays leadership qualities and attempts to keep the group focused on their escape plans. However, he harbors frustration towards Imran, the second in command, due to the shooting that occurred during the robbery. Jamal is motivated by self-preservation and his desire to reunite with his pregnant girlfriend, Maryam.
