The Lockdown Geng had a lot of successes to celebrate as their Friday night went, from good, to better, to best!.
The good
The Housemates once again faced off to do battle in The Betway Arena Games and a familiar trend continued. The Arena Games this week were centred around fruits and the Housemates had to stack them, move them around, draw them, and eventually find the odd one out in a bucket. The final leg of finding an apple hidden in a bucket of lemons proved to be extremely difficult and caused Vee, Nengi, Kiddwaya, Dorathy, and Ozo to all run out of time. Prince, Laycon, Neo, and Trikytee all managed to find the apple. Trikytee’s time was the lowest and this gave him another amazing win during this unforgettable spell of him as Head of House.
The better
After the Arena Games, the Housemates were summoned by Big Brother to the living room and there was good news shared along with a Strike given out.
Biggie first reminded the Housemates of the rules he set down for the Week's wager that centred around being nice to each other and then singled out Vee and Nengi for their squabble. He told them that it was not in keeping with this week’s Wager rules, but it wasn’t enough to lose it for the House.
Biggie then gave accolades for the Housemate’s performance’s during the Showmax Talent Show, with Kiddwaya, Neo, and Dorathy all earning special recognition for their acting efforts. When it came time to award a winner, Team Game of Thrones scooped the win giving Trikytee, Laycon and Vee reason to celebrate! Vee’s outstanding performance earned her a trip for two to CapeTown, South Africa with anyone of her choosing.
The best
Biggie then rewarded the Housemate for their third Wager win in eight weeks with delicious Natnudo Barbecue and drinks. For the first time since they entered the Big Brother House, the jacuzzi was working and warm and the Housemates got the chance to show off their swimwear and enjoy some time frolicking in the water.
A great week was wrapped up with a wonderful celebration for the Big Brother Housemates. With two weeks left to go, it’s nice to see the Housemates enjoying the fruits of their labour for a change.
