KATE HENSHAW
Born in the beautiful state of cross rivers in the eastern part of Nigeria, top Nollywood actress KATE HENSHAW landed her first role in the movie WHEN THE SUN SETS in 1993. In all, she has done over 40 Nollywood movies.
The oldest of four children, Kate Henshaw won the Africa Movie Academy Award for BEST ACTRESS IN A LEADING ROLE in the movie STRONGER THAN PAIN in 2008. She won her very first award at the THEMA in 1996 for her role as Omo in WHEN THE SUN SETS.
