Esosa is the 40-year-old hotel manager who treats the hallowed premises of the hotel like it's his life. He's a lone wolf, a workaholic, a stickler for the rules and principles undergirding the hotel. Esosa is also the Chief's only confidante. The only one aware of Chief's shocking body parts business.
 Esosa has had so much experience cutting people up. He's immune to the blood madness. He's also, very surprisingly, a vegetarian with an unsettling range of personalities. With clients, he's a doll. With the staff, he's an unrelenting authoritarian. With Chief, he's a subservient dog, and with his bodies, he's a masterful chef.
