The Youth Vigilante, tasked with protecting the community, answers directly to him and receives spiritual fortification against enemy attacks. Beyond his religious influence, the Chief Priest is also one of the wealthiest men in the community, owning vast cashew farmlands that he exports, further solidifying his power. He is seen as all-powerful, with no one daring to oppose him.

However, his rise to power came through dark means—he was once the apprentice to the previous Chief Priest, whom he killed out of impatience and a hunger for power. Unlike his predecessors, he craves more influence and wealth, believing himself to be wiser and more deserving than any who came before him. His greatest fear is losing control and becoming powerless. Driven by selfishness, he makes decisions that prioritize his desires, no matter the cost to others. His wants and needs always come before the wellbeing—even the lives—of those around him.
